onCMMS is cloud maintenance management software (a CMMS) for small and mid-sized businesses. It centralizes maintenance requests, work orders, assets with QR codes, preventive maintenance and reports, and it is built for the technician's phone first. It is the international edition of GMAO.es, a product made in Spain and used by real companies there; the same application, sold in US dollars.

Roles and statuses

A work order cannot be completed from "on hold": it has to be resumed first. Completing it requires a closing summary and every mandatory checklist item. Every status change is recorded with who did it and when.
What it does NOT do
- It is not an ERP: no purchasing, no invoicing, no payroll.
- No valued spare-parts inventory and no stock control. External contractors are there to give them work, not to buy material from them.
- No predictive maintenance and no integration with sensors or IoT.
- No offline mode.
- No native app on the App Store or Google Play (it is an installable web app).
- No connectors to third-party ERPs: today data moves by CSV.
- No card payments yet: paid plans are invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
We say what it does not do for the same reason we say what it does: so nobody discovers the limit after loading their assets.
The language of the interface
The application interface is currently in Spanish. onCMMS is built in Spain, and its first customers are Spanish. An English interface is on the roadmap, and it moves to the top of the list as soon as an English-speaking team asks for it: if that is you, write to us and say so. Until then, everything on this website (features, pricing, guides) is in English, the screenshots show the Spanish interface, and the demo is the real application as it is today.
Hosting and data
- Hosted in the European Union: servers in France, files in Cloudflare R2 under EU jurisdiction, transactional email through Resend in its EU region. No transfers outside the European Economic Area.
- Isolation between companies verified by automated tests, including access by direct identifier.
- Files in private storage, served through signed links that expire.
- Daily backup, on and off the server, with tested restoration.
- Only technical cookies in the application (session and form token). This website uses no cookies; visits are measured with self-hosted analytics that store no personal data.
- Complete export and deletion of a company on request (GDPR). Details on the security and data page.
Pricing, in short
Per company, not per user. Free: $0, 2 users, 25 assets, 1 site. Workshop: $49 a month, 5 users, 250 assets, unlimited sites. Business: $99 a month, 15 users (up to 50), unlimited assets. Enterprise: custom, above 50 users. Requesters, QR requests, work orders and external contractors never count. One month free when billed yearly. Is onCMMS the same product as GMAO.es?
Yes. onCMMS is the international edition of GMAO.es: the same application, the same team and the same hosting. The Spanish site sells it in euros; this one sells it in US dollars with identical plan limits.

At https://app.gmao.es. The domain is the Spanish one because it is the same application; your company's data is isolated from every other company on the platform regardless of where it signed up.
