Try onCMMS from the inside, without signing up

The demo is a made-up company that runs its maintenance on onCMMS. You can enter right now as any of its four users and touch everything: it is a shared demo that resets itself every night.

The application interface is in Spanish. onCMMS is the international edition of GMAO.es and the English interface is on the roadmap; the screens are simple enough to follow, and the getting started guide names the main labels in both languages.

What the demo company is

A small manufacturer with three sites: a production plant, a store and an office. It has a dozen assets with their QR codes (a chiller, a cold room, a compressor, a packaging machine, the electrical panel, a forklift), and its maintenance works like any real customer's: employees report problems, a supervisor turns them into work orders, the technician resolves them from the phone with checklist, photos and time, and the preventive plans generate their inspections on the due date. One work order is assigned to an external contractor, with the PDF that was emailed to them.

What you will see inside

  • The dashboard: pending, overdue and in progress.
  • Requests at every point of their cycle: new, converted to a work order, resolved and closed.
  • Work orders open, in progress, on hold waiting for a part, completed and validated, with their time entries, checklists and comments.
  • Assets with QR codes across the three sites, each with its sheet and history.
  • Preventive plans, one of them overdue on purpose, so you see how it shows.
  • Meter readings: running hours of the forklift and the compressor with their charts, the temperature of the cold room, and a plan that fires every 250 running hours.
  • Work types, checklist templates, the working calendar and an external contractor, set up in Settings.
  • Reports, with the indicators calculated on this same data.

The data is always fresh: the demo resets every night with dates relative to today. Whatever you create or change disappears in that reset, so experiment freely.

Enter as any role, with one click

onCMMS has four roles inside a company and the demo has one user of each. Press and you are in, nothing to type. Enter as several and you will see that each one gets a different application: that is the permissions matrix at work.

Enter as administrator As supervisor As technician As requester

Five minutes per role

RoleWhat they seeTry this
AdministratorEverything: maintenance, reports and company settingsOpen Settings ("Ajustes"): sites, users, checklist templates, the working calendar, the external contractor, the plan page with its usage
SupervisorRequests, work orders and preventive plans, no settingsConvert a new request into a work order, assign it, then open Reports ("Informes") and look at MTTR and PM compliance
TechnicianOnly their assigned work orders, made for the phoneOpen this one on your phone: start a work order, tick the checklist, add a photo, start the stopwatch, complete it with a summary
RequesterReports problems and follows only their ownReport a problem with a photo, then log in as supervisor and watch it arrive

The demo is shared: someone else may be inside at the same time, and you will see their requests and work orders just as they see yours. That is why three things are locked (changing passwords, editing users and sending email); everything else is open.

Do I need an account?

No. The buttons above log you in directly. If you prefer to type, the credentials are the same for every role: demo.admin@gmao.es, demo.responsable@gmao.es, demo.tecnico@gmao.es and demo.solicitante@gmao.es, password DemoGmao2026!

Can I break something?

Not for long. The demo resets every night with fresh data, so anything you change is gone by the next morning.

Can other people see what I do?

Yes. It is one shared company: whatever you create is visible to whoever is inside at the same time, until the nightly reset. Do not enter real data.

Does the demo send emails?

No. Email sending is switched off in the demo company, so converting a request or assigning a work order does not notify anyone.
