Simple pricing, per company, not per user

The plans

Pay per company, not for everyone who reports a problem. Requests, requesters and work orders are always unlimited and never count as users. You only pay for the people with access to the app, beyond those your plan includes.

Most CMMS vendors charge per user, per month, so a 15-person team is a four-figure yearly line before anyone has closed a work order. Business is $99 a month for the whole company: about $6.60 per person, with work orders neither charged nor counted.

Prices in US dollars, for companies outside the European Union. Based in Spain or the EU? The same application is sold there as GMAO.es, in euros and with a Spanish interface.

The full comparison

Prices are per company and per month, in US dollars, taxes not included. Billed yearly, one month is free: $539 for Workshop and $1,089 for Business. No minimum term, no setup fee, no onboarding project: you sign up and you work.

What counts as a user

Only the people who log in to do the work count: administrators, supervisors and technicians. These never count, and are never charged:

• Requesters: people who only report problems and follow their own requests.
• Anyone who reports by scanning a QR code, who does not even need an account.
• External contractors who receive a work order as a PDF by email.
• Assets, sites or locations above your plan while you are still migrating: we talk and adjust.

The reason is simple: if reporting a problem cost money, people would stop reporting problems, and then none of this is worth anything.

Need a few more seats?

Workshop comes with 5 users and Business with 15. Each extra user is $7 per month, on either plan, up to 50 users in total; you ask for them from the plan page inside the application and we add them. Above 50 users you are in Enterprise territory and we prepare a proposal.

More than 50 users: Enterprise

Past 50 people with access a list price stops making sense: the number of sites changes, the asset volume changes, who invoices whom changes, and so do the service commitments. That is what Enterprise is for, priced per case.

• Users with access without a cap; assets and sites unlimited.
• Several companies of the same group, each with its own isolated data, under one invoice.
• Migration help: send us what you have (a spreadsheet, another CMMS, paper) and we load it.
• A written service agreement and a direct support channel.
• If you need something the product does not have today, we look at it: we build the product ourselves.

What we do not charge for

• Work orders. Some CMMS tools charge per work order or per "ticket" a month. Charging for recorded work pushes people not to record it, which is the opposite of what a CMMS is for.
• Onboarding. No implementation project, no mandatory consulting, no three-day training.
• Setup or exit. Leave whenever you want and take your data with you.
• Updates. Everyone is always on the latest version.

How to start

1. Sign up on the home page: the account is created instantly, with your administrator user.
2. For 30 days you have the full Workshop plan, no limits and no card.
3. After a month you decide: stay on Free, move to a paid plan, or leave. If you leave, we export your data and delete it.

How payment works

No credit card is needed to subscribe. Paid plans are invoiced and paid by bank transfer; we contact you personally on every subscription, which is why we ask for a direct email.

1. Pick your plan inside the application, monthly or yearly with one month free.
2. Fill in your billing details. We get in touch to confirm them and send the invoice.
3. Transfer. International transfer (SWIFT, or SEPA inside Europe), with its invoice.
4. Activation is immediate: you use the plan from that moment and billing is settled afterwards.

Plan management happens inside the application: each company sees its plan and usage ("3 of 5 users with access"), changes plan and reads its history. You do not have to write to anyone to change plans.
